LED String Light Series Categories
We produce hundreds of kinds of LED string lights, most of them are just different from the decorations. How can We Manufacture the Brilliant LED Lights
The production of LED string lights is under strict control. The raw materials for production are strictly tested to meet the requirements of the market. Also during the production process we inspect the products in three stages: molding, welding and packaging to ensure that each light can work properly.
Molding process
The wires and LED beads are soldered into an LED string on a specialized machine. This process checks for unlit beads and ensures that each bead can be lit.
Soldering process
Solder the light string and the powered battery box or USB plug together, and the light string will be ready to light up. After soldering, make a second check and then proceed to the next step.
Flower arrangement
Fix the decorations on the light beads with glue to make the string of lights have different styles and look more lovely. We call the decorations flowers because they are beautiful looking things.
Testing & packaging
The third inspection will be carried out here to ensure that it works properly and then put it into an OPP bag or color box. Three inspections can ensure the product's yield and avoid after-sales problems.
